After reading these reviews I must put in my 2 cents, These guys are absolutely wonderful!!!! Sure everyone one in any business may sometimes have a bad day, or something goes wrong, but so far these guys have only been the greatest, As a gramma I don`t know to much about the computer scene, these guys have helped me every time I questioned them, Always have time for me, no matter how long their hours are in a day,, They also sold me a computer and their quote was right on it. They have gone out of their way for myself and the ones I have sent to them. They have put their honesty and respect in building their business and I am sure they will have more +`s than-`s, You guys keep up the good work !!!!! - Sheila

I took my computer in b/c it would not turn on. They were very honest and fixed my computer right then and there. And it didn't cost me and arm and a leg. These guys are great, I wouldn't go any where else. There prices are great and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I give J&S a big thumbs up!

They go out of their way just to make you happy. Will work extra hours for free to make sure you have your stuff. I have no complaint but praises for them. They still take my call and advise me when i have problems all for free. What more can you ask for?

I went to these guys to have some virus and trojans removed from my computer, they did a great job of fixing my computer and making work like it was BRAND new!
