What is remote support?
J&S Remote Support is a system we have in place
that allows us to securely connect to your PC to provide you with technical support at a moment's notice. It saves you the expense of travel time and gets your computer back up and running quickly. While Remote Support will help us troubleshoot most issues, you may still need to bring your computer to us for hardware or advanced software related issues.
